Our product features a delightful blend of potato starch, rice flour, and corn flour, enriched with a variety of fibers including potato, citrus, chicory, pea, guar, and apple fiber, along with light flaxseed flour. We incorporate pea protein and potato protein for added nutrition, while rice sourdough brings a wonderful depth of flavor. Fresh yeast, dextrose, maltodextrins, sugar, and salt are included for balance, and we enhance texture with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, psyllium, and xanthan gum.
