Our Story

Totally Gluten Free Bakery was born from a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves to enjoy delicious baked goods, regardless of dietary restrictions.

Founded in Christchurch, New Zealand, our journey began when we saw a gap in the market for truly delicious gluten-free products that didn't compromise on taste or texture. Too often, gluten-free baked goods were dry, crumbly, or simply unappetising.

We set out to change that. After years of research, recipe development, and countless taste tests, we've created a range of gluten-free products that are indistinguishable from their traditional counterparts. In fact, many of our customers tell us they prefer our gluten-free versions!
